OctoLoops is operated by Redskyforge, based in the Netherlands. By using it you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.
What OctoLoops does
You give us a URL. We read the page, produce a distribution plan, and offer agents that draft marketing work for you. It is advice and drafting, not a guarantee of any commercial result.
The advice is generated, and it can be wrong
Plans, comments and other drafts are produced by AI models. They can be mistaken, out of date, or confidently wrong about your market. Read everything before you act on it. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.
You are responsible for what you post
OctoLoops never posts anything on your behalf. When you take a drafted comment and post it somewhere, you are the author and you are responsible for it. That includes following the rules of whatever community you post it in. If a platform removes your post, bans your account or bans your domain, that is between you and that platform.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Acceptable use
Do not use OctoLoops to break the law, to spam people, to impersonate anyone, or to promote something you have no right to promote. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that do, without notice.
Price
Your distribution plan is free, with no account and no card, and we intend to keep it that way. Loop runs are free for your first ten. After that, unlimited loop runs cost $29 a month.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-months, but if something is broken on our side, email us and we will sort it out. If we change the price we will tell you before it applies to you.
Prices are shown excluding VAT where VAT applies. Any VAT is added and shown at checkout.
Your content
What you submit stays yours. What the agents draft for you is yours to use however you like. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your submission in order to provide the service, which includes sending it to our AI provider.
Availability
This is a small product run by a small company. There is no uptime guarantee. We may change or withdraw features, and we may stop offering the service. If we shut it down we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your plan.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, OctoLoops is provided as is, without warranties. Redskyforge is not liable for lost profits, lost users, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or fifty euros. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, or for death or personal injury.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may also bring proceedings in your own country’s courts.
